Reopened under new ownership: five new things

This piece records what was announced on 29 August 2026, the day the house reopened. The board was rewritten on 18 September 2026: the published range is now MOP 1,198 – 6,998 with an entry minimum of MOP 1,198, and the Happy Hour became the All-Hours Happy Hour, 13:00 to 06:00 the next morning, six combinations at MOP 3,998 – 5,598. Current figures are always on the prices page.

When a house changes hands, guests are usually the last to find out. Victoria Sauna is doing it the other way round: the doors opened today, and here is everything that changed.

The address did not move — 278 Avenida 24 de Junho, 5th floor of L’Arc Macau, on the Macau peninsula. If you cannot find the entrance, ask the hotel lobby for the sauna on the fifth floor. What changed is the people behind it, and the price sheet they brought with them.

Five new things

New owners. New management. A new way of running the house. New surprises. And a new Happy Hour.

The first three are internal and a guest may never notice them. The last two are the opposite: one of them is printed on the price sheet, and the other is deliberately left unexplained. The surprises stay unexplained here; they make more sense in person.

The board as announced on opening day (28 August 2026 edition)

Five tiers, with 10% service added to everything:

• Shanghai-style massage (entry tier, minimum spend) MOP 2,198
• Southeast Asia tier MOP 2,998 – 3,398
• Popular tier MOP 4,098 – 4,998
• Prestige tier MOP 5,698 – 5,998
• Japanese theme MOP 6,698

The entry minimum is MOP 1,198 and a lost wristband tag is MOP 150. Three signature massages are MOP 2,998 each: the Thai therapeutic tendon massage, the Hawaiian-style massage and the bath-and-massage treatment. All of it as posted by the venue on the day.

The Happy Hour as announced on opening day (since revised)

The new Happy Hour: two therapists for one price. It opened as a 13:00 to 20:00 window and was extended to all day on 1 September 2026; the three combinations then were Southeast Asia + Southeast Asia at MOP 3,798, Southeast Asia + SEA model at 3,998 and SEA model + SEA model at 4,198. The current window and the six combinations are in the note above.

Only those three qualified at the time, and no other tier took part. The 18 September 2026 board moved to six combinations at different figures — check the prices page before you arrive.

Hours and space

The venue runs 24 hours and a visit may stay and rest for 15 hours; therapists are on duty from 13:00 to 06:00 the next morning, daily. Inside there is a bath hall with sauna rooms, an overnight rest area, and food served in-house.
